Speedway Children’s Charities to Distribute $815,000 to 93 Area Charities

Hundreds of Area Children from Benefitting Organizations to Visit with Santa,
Get VIP Tour of Speedway Christmas Light Show During Special Ceremony

During the holiday season of giving, the Charlotte Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities will distribute donations totaling more than $815,000 to 93 local charities at a special grant presentation at Charlotte Motor Speedway. While there, hundreds of children associated with the grant recipient organizations will have the chance to meet Santa, enjoy cookies and cider and tour the Speedway Christmas drive-through light show. Opportunities for interviews with Speedway Children’s Charities representatives and grant recipients will be available following the formal program.

The Speedway Children’s Charities grant presentations will be held in the Speedway Christmas Village (XFINITY Series Garage) in the infield of Charlotte Motor Speedway.
